Ding Tai Fung always have a long queue.So i seldom go eat.This "Hong Shao Beef Noodle" is no bad.It got a bit taste of wine,or it is just my feeling..?I'm not sure,but the beef is quite tender and flavourful.The soup is quite nice,but is abit oily,i can see the oil full on the surface of the soup.But my friend said that beef noodle is like that.So i still can accept it.The xiao long bao is also ok only,i thought it will be very nice,but it is not.Really out of my expectation.
