Coming from work, my friend and I didn't want to cook dinner anymore. So, we decided to end our day by eating at Pin Si. The picture of the Seafood Crispy Fried Noodle looked so appetizing, and so that was what I ordered.Despite having quite a crowd for dinner, I didn't have to wait long for my meal. The picture of the Seafood Crispy Fried Noodle looked so appetizing, and so that was what I ordered.Despite having quite a crowd for dinner, I didn't have to wait long for my meal. It was also served really hot, which only meant that it was just cooked as soon as I ordered it. The noodles, which were submerged in their thick sauce, were still crispy. The tseafood ingredients as well as the bok choy were placed on top of the noodles. I would've preferred it to be mixed well with the noodles because I ate the ingredients first before proceeding with the noodles.
Anyway, it could've also used more spice in its taste as it was very monochromatic. It had the same taste from the veggies down to the noodles and sauce. After eating this, I craved for something different.
