Are you guys hungry? Yum, yum After shopping for several hours, we went to THE CATHAY to settle our dinner. We arrived at 5:40pm and there was already queue outside Astons resturant. We waited for about 15minutes before we were asked to go in. Before we entered, one of the managers politely asked for our orders. The orders that we made was arrived about 10 minutes later after we ordered I ordered Hickory Chicken with 2 side dishes ( potato salad and onion rings) and mushroom soup. The mushroom
After shopping for several hours, we went to THE CATHAY to settle our dinner. We arrived at 5:40pm and there was already queue outside Astons resturant. We waited for about 15minutes before we were asked to go in. Before we entered, one of the managers politely asked for our orders.
The orders that we made was arrived about 10 minutes later after we ordered I ordered Hickory Chicken with 2 side dishes ( potato salad and onion rings) and mushroom soup. The mushroom was served first. It was very thick and creamy and 2 small garlic bread was also served together with the soup too. Although the soup is a little expensive ($3.50) but it was worth it as it was not diluted like most of the resturant.
As for the dish that I ordered, it was served warmed (: The hickory chicken together with the sauce was matched perfectly. The chicken meat was tender and fragrant.
All in all, the food served from this Astons resturant was delicious and the staff displayed a warm smile when serving us too I like it very much. However, the resturant was a little smaller thus consumer may take a slightly longer time to wait for a seat if it is peak hour.
