It is not about the taste of the foods as everything is served uncooked here but the fun. It is particular cosy when chilling out with friends. This is extremely fun and applicable for steak, we can control the doneness ourselves rather than leave it to the kitchen to do it. I believe most people ever experienced sending a piece of steak back to the kitchen as it was too raw or too well done to our liking. I believe most people ever experienced sending a piece of steak back to the kitchen as it was too raw or too well done to our liking. Right at the Pepper Lunch, we do it ourselves and eat it along while the remaining is still cooking slowly. And, we can control the seasoning part too, whether to have more butter or more pepper, the choice is absolutely ours.
