I was surprised to see St Leaven actually having dorayaki. Maybe it is because I have not been to St Leaven for quite some time now. I decided to get it to try since I have not had it since my secondary school days where I used to buy it during recess time. I love the peanut filling - it is crunchy and maybe a little too sweet, but still very yummy when eaten together with the outer pancake since the outer pancake is more towards the bland side, having just being lightly sweetened.
