This is a memorable dining moment for me because my friends invited me for lunch as my belated birthday celebration for me. She said this Jap restaurant serve very nice Japanese food.Ya, I was really excited to try out this place and saw some of our fellow OR rather good reviews abt this restaurant. When i arrived there, I was rather impressed of the interior design of the restaurant. It was classy, modern, elegant and sophiscated. And the restaurant seems really big to me, with many private dining rooms available which was really exclusive to me.
We were attended by professional and nice waitress and waiter. And when i was given the menu, i was thinking to go for the lunch promo which was so much value for money just only a difference in one lesser course, but the price was a $20 difference. (6 course set - $39.80++ (only for lunch), 7 course set - $59.80++) But my friend was really good to me, told me to go for the 7 course set since it was a birthday celebration for me.
Well, I was very impressed and love the ambience and the presenatation of their food. BUT i wasnt impressed at all with their food. Maybe it was overly rated. The food wasnt good to me at all, I cant even tell you which dish was the best, cos i dont like any of the dishes. Maybe i have choosen the wrong dishes that day. But honestly i was rather dissapointed with their food. It tasted rather average to me.
But the classy and elegant private dining room was really a good place for dates when you need some private place.
