One of the another stalls me and my group of friends ordered from was this stall. We choose it because it is really unlike the other ban mians that we know of. One of the another stalls me and my group of friends ordered from was this stall. We choose it because it is really unlike the other ban mians that we know of. Firstly, for the noodles, we have a total of 7 different homemade noodles to choose from. Their u-mian is really very thin unlike those that we have outside which are slightly fatter. This u-mian is really like the thin ramen kind, which is why we eventually chose this noodle. Then, we also get to choose what we want as our ingredients! We got the seafoods like prawn and the sliced fish. Another unique thing is that their ban mian can be dry! In fact, there is a sign on their store which says best dry mee. Since it is something very special, we opted for that as well.

The verdict on the food is that it is really as good as what it claimed to be. The ingredients are very fresh and are quite generous. More importantly, the noodles are really shiok. The stall uses a sweetish black soy sauce as the sauce for the dry noodles which is really good. Topped with fried shallots and fried ikan billis (small anchovies), it is really very satisfying on its own. It went down so well with all of us, we ordered another bowl of it!
