The kway teow used in this dish is more towards the broader version instead of the usual quite thin version. It is really smooth and easy to swallow eventhough it is the bigger version. The fish balls here are really chewy and bouncy, you be surprise how compact the fish balls are and the stall owner is very generous by adding quite many fish balls in the kway teow. The fish balls here are really chewy and bouncy, you be surprise how compact the fish balls are and the stall owner is very generous by adding quite many fish balls in the kway teow. Like the crispy pork cubes in the noodles which added that slight crispyness and also that additional fragrant to this dish. At merely three dollars per bowl,this is a must try for everyone.
