The fishballs here are the really winning secret for their fishball noodles. These fishballs are bouncy, big, with that 'QQ' factor in it. They are also freshly made daily so you can really feel that they do not have that 'overnight' taste in it. The yellow thick noodles are chewy and not soggy. Like their sambal chilli alot and taste delicious in tossing the noodles as well as using it to dip the fishballs. Lots of beansprouts are added in it which makes the noodles extra crunchy too!
