This stall sells the not commonly seen duck satay. The darker colour meat in the photo is the duck satay. Both chicken & duck satays are well marinated in spices but I find the duck meat is more tender, maybe due to the duck skin which has some fat. The chicken meat uses lean meat which is a bit dry.. The peanut sauce goes well with the skewer of meat. Satay cost 50 cents a stick except for duck it is 60 cents.
