My partner came back with a box of dumplings from Din Tai Fung. It was 4 of the dumplings in a box. These dumplings have got a thin chewy skin with a generous bit of filling consists of mainly of minced meat and chopped spring onions in it. The skin got a bit hard when it turned cold but still quite tasty. A small container of vinegar with shredded ginger was packed along with those dumplings. I reckon these dumplings would taste much better if eaten hot in the restaurant.
