I ordered the shishamo, it was deep fried with a layer of dough on the outside. When eating it, usually people esp the Japs would eat everything, including the head of the fish. I was not able to, just tried the body, and still prefered shishamo to be grilled instead of fried. The tea was free flow, unlike at Crystal Jade, where they would charge per pot.
