It was a hot day that I feel like having something light and fresh. Therefore, I chose the egg salad from the Western stall at Science Canteen, NUS. This Western stall serves lots of good stuffs, such as a variety of pasta, chicken/beef chops, fish fillet, and quite a number of side dishes (fries, mashed potato, baked bean, corn etc) to choose from. It was a hot day that I feel like having something light and fresh. Therefore, I chose the egg salad from the Western stall at Science Canteen, NUS. This Western stall serves lots of good stuffs, such as a variety of pasta, chicken/beef chops, fish fillet, and quite a number of side dishes (fries, mashed potato, baked bean, corn etc) to choose from. The egg salad I ordered only costs $2, so cheap yet very tasty. The salad portion is not big but consists of lots of green, 2 hard boiled egg, croutons and topped with the dressing of your choice. I always go for lemon mustard sauce, slightly sour and very refreshing.
