The egg tart uses a biscuit like crust which is crispy but it is not too hard either. The crust is a little sweet and chewy too. The egg custard was soft and tender and can almost melt in your mouth. Very importantly, the egg custard was not very sweet thus one will not feel uncomfortable eating too much of it.
