I know they are supposed to be a crab specialist but did n't know their zi char standard is so low. Order a $4 crispy noodle (sheng main) but was terribly disappointed with the standard. The noodles were not crispy at all, taste more like it has been kept for very long. But the worst part was the gravy was not hot at all. Ingredients wise were pretty normal tasting as well. Its either the food was left there for long without one serving it to me else something must have went wrong in the kitchen
