The queue was long! Waiting for 45 minutes on a Wednesday evening.

All because the food was rather cheap for sushi in Singapore.

$1.50 per plate! That includes sashimi, and all the "red plate" sushi that we'll have to pay a premium in other Japanese restaurant.

And of course, because of the high crowd, the control was rather weak.

Sashimi, and other "red plate" sushi, are always grabbed in multiple plates by patrons as soon as it's placed on the belt.

So the rule of thumb here is, "fight with the guy/gal next to you for the Sashimi on the belt. Fastest hands first. The more kiasu you are, the better winner you become."

Enjoy!
