MIL was in a good mood...gave us a treat at one of our usual tse char stall Master Crab Punggol branch. I loved the Salty egg crab here...yum yum! She ordered a $298 set meal that consists of two crabs (2 choice of flavors) and 6 other dishes plus a dessert. The Crispy cereal prawns were good...cereal is fried until very fragrant and crsipy...prawns were big sized and fresh too.
The Steam Grouper Hong Kong style...fish was nice and fresh, not overcooked...good!
The Broccoli with mushrooms and abalone slices...not bad. Ingredients were fresh.
The signature Salted egg crab...very very good. Crab meat is very fresh and juicy, the salted egg sauce is very flavorful and the bits of chili padi gave a little spice to the dish...a must try!
The dessert was a Longan + Sea coconut in sweet syrup...not bad too.
We had a very satisfying dinner indeed. If u are not ordering crab dish, I recommend u try their crispy 腐皮卷, 砂锅福建面 and 星洲米粉...nice!
