FoodLotus soup is the Soup of the day. Loves the tasty soup with ample of sliced lotus and plentiful of meat. The richness of soup is great, however the water content seems too little. These freshly cut Steamed San Yu sliced were covered with special make sauce. This simple freshly handmade Hometown Tofu is a reminiscent of the old chinatown food. They seems to have missed out us perhaps it was that we are enclosed at one of the corner.
Our drinks are not filled up promptly despite its refillable. As I was asking for table of 7, they do allow us to enter the restaurant even though my family members have not turned up yet.
The rustic ambience which reminds you of dinning in the 60s somehow. Love the atmosphere especially when we have a big table of our room at somewhere private in a corner.
Price is still within the okay range and matchable to a Chinese restaurant pricing.
Recommendations / Tips
The queues are rather long, therefore if you are dining in big group, do be there early to queue up.
