I was a bit hesitant when my friend invited me to have lunch at Novus. Situated within the walls of Singapore's National Museum, I knew that food here was going to be expensive. Nonetheless, I still went ahead with our lunch date. I noticed that the service there was very efficient. Just when we sat down on our table, the waiter was already there to ask us what our orders were and what we wanted for drinks. I ordered their specialty, the Hickory Smoked Black Angus Beef Cheek.

It was very tender and much to my liking, it was very juicy! I also ordered the dessert, the three types of chocolate. Yummy! I enjoyed it to the last bite.

Anyway, I spent a bit more at Novus (compared to other restaurants), but I must say that it was worth every cent.
