I am a big fan of Ma Maison with their French décor and somewhat homey ambience. This coincides well with their name, Ma Maison which otherwise stands for My Home. Lovely! Ma Maison is a Japanese restaurant offering a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine (expect offerings like pasta, pizza as well as Jap dishes like tonkatsu and omu rice). I was there for dinner with my sisters and even though we reached quite early (around 7pm), there was a long queue extending to the outsides of the restaurant
I was there for dinner with my sisters and even though we reached quite early (around 7pm), there was a long queue extending to the outsides of the restaurant. I believe we waited close to an hour before we entered. The restaurant is quite dim, save for some lamps at the table sides and small candles lighted on each table.
We ordered pizza along with two other main courses and drinks. Nearing the end of the meal I decided to order desserts as well. The latter is a newer addition to their menu which was not present previously.
The food’s awesome(especially the pizza) and I would definitely return for more.
