I needed some floss for a plain porridge and was deciding which to buy, the pork floss or the fish floss. I ended up with the latter one as somehow I believed it's healthier and true enough, even the sales person told me so. I'm more familiar to the taste of pork floss but just thought try the fish for a change. The fish floss were sweeter in taste and the floss were much finer than the pork. Nearly used up 40% of the packet of floss for a bowl of porridge! I paid $7 for a 100gm pack.
