Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant (Closed)

This version of fish maw soup in more towards the clearer version unlike the usual thick version which is similar to the sharkfin soup. However I feel that the combination of the fish maw and the white lotus does not really blend in well together. The soup taste abit bland and does not look attractive or even smell good at all. Think there is still rooms for improvement for this soup.
