My husband was telling me that he found the best Fishhead Bee Hoon in Singapore. Well that really sounded familiar. He always says that where and where has the best this and that. The Hawker Centre was quite clean, not particularly packed, eventhough it was lunch time. I saw some stalls with long queue. He went straight to the stall to order the food, while I snapped a picture of it.
It was delicious. They added the XO sauce. Very fragrance. But some of the fish slices had too much flour coating, else it was almost perfect.
One thing to note, they are closed on Sunday and Wednesday night.
