I was invited to join a Free Food Tasting at Noodle Around located at Bugis, opposite Bugis Junction. This is my first time being invited and my pleasure definitely. Noodle Around is now open at Bugis! Their shop is well-renovated, comfortable and neat. I like the decorations such as small fish pond, plants and flowers in the shop which is simple and refreshing. Firstly, the Appertizer, Salmon Salad and Signature Tofu which is home-made with secret recepi.
The salmon was fresh and it was yummy when mixed together with the vegetables.
Crispy Tofu ever tried before. I can feel the different taste inside Tofu. It was full of surprise to me.
Signature Prawn Noodle soup which the Noodle Around proud of. They are using a number of herbs and ingredients to maximize the soup taste.
Must try this Strawberry Pasta, first in Singapore. The taste was just nice, not too sweet and it really special!
There are 3 sizes of Seafood Platter, which the portion can be 2-4 persons, 5-7 persons or 8-10 persons. The Platter serving us was 8-10 persons, costed $138.80.
Dessert time! I like the cheese cake, it full of fragrance of the Durian but not too strong.
Another dessert that I want to recommend is Ice-cream roll which was refreshing in term of taste and they added the peanuts inside make more interesting.
