Swedish meatballs are always the first thing to come into my mind when I make a trip down to Ikea. This dish is a must-order, love how the meatballs taste so delicious together with the lingonberry jam and cream sauce. It also comes with sides - boiled potatoes which are also soft and good.Do also take note of the ongoing promotion at Ikea, everyone can enjoy being meatball lovers every Tuesday (till July 2011) as they are going at $4 instead of the usual price of $6.50 for 10 pieces of Swedish

The poached salmon was served and topped with a generous serving of herbs, which may not look that appetizing. But I am quite glad that the herb taste was not that strong, it was just nice with the cream sauce and boiled broccoli by the side.

For meat lovers, the Baked chicken leg is worth a try too. It is served with baby carrots, coleslaw and mashed potato as sides. I believe the mashed potato can be changed for baked potato, whichever your liking.

Last but not least, the Daim cake is a popular dessert in Ikea Restaurant. As named, this sweet slice of cake is made up of milk chocolate, covered with small pieces of Daim chocolate candy. A good dessert to satisfy your chocolate craving!
