So we decided on some xiao long bao for lunch and since we were in the area... definitely shanghai renjia. There was the satisfying burst of soup from each xlb and the boss tells us he knows a lot about flour to make dumpling skin like that. we do believe.And just because we were there for a late lunch and just one other table occupied, we hardly got to eat in peace. The bosses are very chatty and lovable. They kept us talking while we savoured their food.And this was our order of pork tomato so
