We went to Paradise Inn for simple dinner, where we ordered a pot of soup and two dishes. Sea whelk with pork ribs soup ($17.90) has a rich flavour, taste good at first, but later on I find it pretty salty. The ingredients are not too much either. Tofu with golden mushroom ($10.90) is nice. The tofu is silkly smooth, with egg flavour in it. The minced meat is cooked in oyster sauce gravy. Quite tasty. When we nearly finish both soup and tofu, our sweet and sour pork is not served yet. Apparently the staff forgot to place the order at all. Reluctant to wait anymore, we decided to finish the rice with just the tofu gravy. Not a pleasant experience!Post
