i was walking around marina bay sands with my girlfriend when she suggested we head to the food court to try out the food there. I ordered the sin kee chicken rice. The chicken rice was really not too bad, the rice was really fragrant, cooked perfectly, very grainy not sticking to each other and most important, it was not too oily. my roast chicken was really good, even the skin was flavourful. The meat was very tender and it was placed in this really tasty sauce. The sauce was a little salty to eat it on its own so it is best to go with the rice. The chilli is really good, spicy, sour and sweet, a fusion of flavours all together. It really enhance the flavour of the chicken and the rice. But I guess due to its location, it was a little pricey.
