This stall has been around for the longest time. The stall is manned by an old couple that have years of experience in frying a mean plate of carrot cake but still, their standard can be inconsistent at times. The fried black carrot cake fried with generous amount of egg and dark sweet sauce with a lot of chai po and not too oily. The texture of carrot cake is soft and moist.
