I decided to try this new snack kiosk. They sell mostly fried stuff like fried durian, fried cheese ball, fried cheese and fried toufu. I decided to try their fried cheese ($1.10). Like how often do you see fried cheese selling outside? I was thrilled to give it a try. The fried cheese was very crispy on the outside, I chose think they should have coated it with some kind of batter. The cheese inside was very creamy, love the cheesy taste of the entire snack.
