I was here to take away a packet of fried hokkien prawn noodle to have it in the office. Both the yellow noodle and bee hoon were nicely fried in the prawn stock to give it the flavor. It was then fried with ingredients like pork belly, prawns and sotong to further enhanced its flavor. The texture was nicely moist. It is best eaten with their special sambal chilli. The level of spiciness of the sambal chilli is rather mild.
