Other than the silver fish fried rice, this is another personal favorite. The fried hor fun got a distinct wok hei and that is the key to any fried noodle or fried rice. The chef here has obviously mastered the technique. The portion was good enough to be shared amongst 2 persons. The portion was good enough to be shared amongst 2 persons. Other than the distinct wok hei, it was not oily nor too dry but nicely fried with bean sprouts, egg, prawns and squids. It tasted really nice with the green cut chillies.

Recommended a few friends to this place and they have been a supporter since then. Please avoid the dinner time and weekends as the waiting time can be 40 minutes or more.
