This stall is recently featured on the TV show interviewed the 82 years old owner. He said he has been frying fried kway teow all of his life. With these many years of experience backing him, his fried kway teow must be of certain standard. A good portion was given for $3. Both the kway teow and the yellow noodle were fried with a distinctive wok taste. The texture was slightly moist but not overly wet. Both the kway teow and the yellow noodle were fried with a distinctive wok taste. The texture was slightly moist but not overly wet. It served with the usual ingredients like chinese sausage, cockles, fish cakes and egg. I could taste the intense flavor of the garlic and fried pork lards used to enhance its taste and flavor. This is definitely one of the better fried kway teow that i ever eaten.
