Met my friends for a short gathering and we had ordered some food to share.. and I got myself the fried rice. The rice was served in a mini wok which made it really appealing but the taste was really quite normal. Something which I had eaten at any Cze char but tagged with a higher price.I prefer those fried rice which every grain of rice is coated with the egg. And I think it requires good skill but I failed to get it in this kitchen as of now.
