I went to wan chai hong kong tearoom for lunch. I ordered their fried rice. their fried rice is not like those normal fried rice you find outside, it is very fragrant. the rice is not clumpy at all, it was cooked perfectly and it tasted really chewy. they are very generous with the ingredients they add to the fried rice. the prawns they fry together with the rice is very fresh, its meat is very sweet and succulent. The portion was just right.
