Was with friends shopping around Somerset area before we decided to settle down at Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe. Besides the usual fried rice and soup noodle, we add another new dish recommended by the staffs there which is this fried tofu (see attached image). The tofu skin was very crispy and it goes very well with the sweet and spicy sour which i feel that it was like the thai style tofu. The portion served was generous and pricing wise is also reasonable. Well go back for another attempt of frie
