I was shopping around bugis junction with my girlfriend. As we were checking out the food street at basement 1, we came across this new snack stall. They seem to sell fried food. Sinful as it sounds, we decided to give it a try and order their fried toufu to share. The toufu were pre fried but still remained hot and crispy. The lady helped us to add mayo and chilli sauce. Sinful as it sounds, we decided to give it a try and order their fried toufu to share. The toufu were pre fried but still remained hot and crispy. The lady helped us to add mayo and chilli sauce. It made the fried toufu tasted even nicer. I like the batter used to coat around the toufu, very fragrant and buttery. The toufu is actually tau kwa so the texture is not too soft.
