I was shopping around bugis junction with my girlfriend. As we were checking out the food street at basement 1, we came across this new snack stall. They seem to sell fried food. It made the fried toufu tasted even nicer. I like the batter used to coat around the toufu, very fragrant and buttery. The toufu is actually tau kwa so the texture is not too soft.
