I visited Genki Sushi again as my friend heard of the novel way they serve food and wanted to try. You order via a mini iPad, and when your food is ready, it is served by a toy bullet train, very cute and interesting; ought to dine there once even if not for the food. The sushi was good as well. Mostly priced at $2.30 (try the seared salmon or shrimp with pollock roe, very good), and some at $3.80 (hotate scallops). I ended off the meal with Yuzu sorbet that costs $3.80, pretty good but portion
