When it comes to fusion cuisine, I am extremely wary of it. Most mid-high range restaurants tend to produce pretentious and unsavory results. Before my visit to Museo I was rather skeptical. I relented as i felt the location is niche and I secretly hoped that it would be awesome.End result - I am delightfully surprised! The food is unpretentious, full of taste and very savory. The ambience and scenery is as good as, if not better than the great dishes. Recommended Mezzanine set, Pan roasted cod
