On my visit to Clarke Quay, I happened to pass by Haato & Co. Actually, I am intending to try out their ice-cream. While browsing for the ice-cream flavours, one of the cakes sold there looks enticing and caught my attention. This is none others than the chocolate gateau! This decadent gateau is made up of 3 layers; chocolate fudge, mousse and sponge. Atop is the chocolate pearls in silver. The texture of the cake is really light, airy and velvety which melts on my mouth on every morsels. The overall taste of the cake is bitter, crunchy and smooth. Surprisingly, the roundish chocolate decoration tastes the most bitter of all! Surely, I am going back for more to satisfy my craving!
