Humble noodles, Yee Mee was the modest creation which can be served simply in a broth. It was common to appear at any Zi Char stall in Singapore.  It was portion for two. Yee Mee was stir-fried at the first place then sauce poured on top, it was a very precise moment indeed mixed up pretty quickly. Shredded Veggies, pieces of Chicken, fresh Shrimps, all coated with garlicky and eggy gravy, the result was superb. Actually the gravy was a bit sticky for me, yet still acceptable. Shared it with my boyfriend and it was more than enough.
