Humble noodles, Yee Mee was the modest creation which can be served simply in a broth. It was common to appear at any Zi Char stall in Singapore. Easy and simple, it was delicious.It was portion for two. Yee Mee was stir-fried at the first place then sauce poured on top, it was a very precise moment indeed mixed up pretty quickly.
