This authentic recipe of You Yi's version of fish soup is tastefully done, concentrating the taste of the fish essence and there are an ample enough of vegetables in the soup. The fried fish was still piping hot even though they just left it at the display counter, and it was so crispy and delicious it makes me wonder why would anyone still eat french fries?! (Yeah, it taste much better than fries). It wasn't too oily as I expect them to be. Anyway, I thought the portion was quite huge (even though I bought the small one), so if you're an average eater like me, just take the small bowl will do!Post
