Farewell dinner for my colleague, we went to Hotel Carlton for buffet. It was having One-for-One promotion for UOB cardholder. For dinner buffet, the original price was $68++ per pax.The dining area called Café Mosaic. Elegant design of the café, I felt comfortable with the atmosphere there. There was no too much choice at Sushi bar, yet the presentation still considered neat and proper. Wasabi and Japanese light soy were conveniently laid on beside for customers.
The most eye-catching bar was the dessert session. Consist of several types of dessert, all of them look colourful. Cakes, Tarts, Puddings, Muffins, Nyoya Delights and I like the Pastry most. I walked around before I settled down and begin to eat.
