Ginza Bairin (Closed)

Jcube has many nice eateries, was surprised to see ginza bairin opened there. I tried their chicken katsu don at their other branch, this time I tried their ramen. Their soup is really tasty and delicious. it is not the normal clear soup. However there is a lot of vegetables in the dish, made the dish have this vege taste. The ramen is really very good, very chewy and smooth. The meat is very tasty and tender. it absorbed all the flavours of the soup. The egg is really nice, the yolk is not full
