Din Tai Fung's is still my number one when it comes to xiao long baos. Had a weekday lunch with my mom where we ordered a 10 pieces long and a jia jiang mian. It was just nice for the both of us. Friendly staff service, they also apologized when they missed to place a bottle of vinegar on our table.

I don't want to come across as judgemental but when it comes to Chinese food, all these really do feel so superior compared to horribly recooked(actually overnight) cai fan. I'm so glad we could conveniently get such good Chinese food whenever we'd want. Xiao long baos from Din Tai Fung in takeaway boxes do taste good too, when microwave heated up.
