You might want to dine in this gorgeous restaurant in National Museum of Singapore only if you have have a slow day. The food and ambiance here are good, but the service is extremely slow. I had the Baked ham egg ($16) for brunch. Gorgeous presentation, and tastes yummy! The toast is slightly crispy, topped with generous amount of sauteed mushroom, ham, and poached egg! Light yet fulfilling.

Mac & Cheese ($22) on the other hand is slightly disappointing, as the macaroni is quite dry and hard to chew. Taste wise, very cheesy!

Elderflower sorbet ($5) is such a good choice to have in between the main course and dessert. The light fragrant of elderflower is pleasantly executed, very refreshing too!

KeyLime chocco ($15) is pretty unique, an eye-opening combination for me too. Didn't I know how well lime and chocolate compensate each other. Impressive.

However, the giant piece of Carrot cake ($9) didn't turn out to be satisfying though. The cake itself is quite dry, and the icing layer is overly sweet for me.
