Good lunch venue for weekdays

My gf and I decided to have lunch buffet at Starz restaurant after we checked out of the amazing Hard Rock Hotel. The ambiance is quiet and good for a couple dates who want to avoid the large crowds at the restaurants near the casino and Universal Studios. The food choices are quite plentiful, but not a wide spread of choices.  We also like the cold dessert- barley soup. Good for your stomach after having a hearty buffet.
