i went to hot tomato for lunch. I ordered their steak ‘n’ aglio olio. For my steak I selected medium rare. To see the standard of the chef of a restaurant, you can judge by their steak, if it is cooked the way you wanted it to be, then he is good cos steak you cannot see the inside how cooked it is until you cut into it. The steak is cooked perfectly here, it is very tender and juicy. the spaghetti was cooked well, it was sautee perfectly too. the salad is light and refreshing.
