I decided to behave like a tai-tai on my off-day and head for a hi-tea. Unfortunately, poor me can only afford cheaper food so I stumbled upon LingZhi Vegetarian Restaurant which had hi-tea. The spread was rather generous. I tried the carrot cake but it was too much dough with too little carrots. There was also dim sum available. I liked the herbal jelly alot as it was pretty good. The spring rolls are also sufficiently crunchy. But skip the flour-y chicken nuggets..
